Fully Licensed Doctors

As a Heavy Goods Vehicle driver, a DVLA medical is mandatory to keep your Group 2 driving licence valid and current. Your DVLA medical will be carried out by a GMC registered doctor with over 10 years’ experience

He will go through the D4 form as well as your medical history with you. Your doctor will carry out a medical examination that includes a blood pressure test, a vision test and a urine test to screen for diabetes.

Once the medical is completed, your doctor will sign and stamp the D4 DVLA form, which you can send to the DVLA.
