Your medical assessment helps the DVLA ensure that you are fit to drive. A GMC accredited doctor will see you and complete your D4 medical form with you. Our fully qualified doctor will go through the D4 form with you and go through your medical history, before conducting a medical examination. He will then perform the following medical assessments:
- Vision test
- Blood pressure check
- Urine test to screen for diabetes
